
Good Form Running was born at Playmakers in Okemos, Michigan and is the product of years of teaching clinics, reading books and articles, and studying running form philosophies. In its most basic form, GFR is a simplified recipe for learning the art of running. Now owned by New Balance, GFR has become a nationwide phenomenon and we are excited to be able to share it with you.
In our GFR clinics, we will take some video, go over the 4 main points, give you some drills to put the points in to practice, and review your video.
The ultimate goal of GFR is to help you become a more efficient runner. The result of becoming more efficient is an overall better running experience. Whether that means becoming faster, going farther, avoiding injury, or just enjoying running more, is up to you.
