STRIDERS FALL MARATHON AND ½ MARATHON TRAINING GROUPS
Training and completing a marathon or half marathon is a challenging and rewarding endeavor! Participants in our marathon and half marathon groups benefit from our experienced coaches and mentors. Group workouts on area roads and paths are fun and supported.
We are offering two different marathon programs for first-timers and veterans looking for a structured program that will prepare you to run a personal best!
**Beginner Marathon Program – Starts May 30th ( 20 week program)**
Informational Meeting – May 30th @ 6:30pm (followed by a 2 mile walk/run!)
**Intermediate Marathon Training Group – Starts June 12th (18 week program)**
** ½ Marathon Training Program – Starts July 24th (12 week program)**
