About once a month we take our group runs on a field trip or bring some extra fun to the run like...

Wednesday Runs

Wednesday night runs meet at Striders at 6pm and you can chose your distance. Come and run with friends!

Saturday Runs

Saturday's runs are a bit longer, especially as we get into marathon season, but you can always tailor your run to match your training plan. Contact Us to confirm the time because during the summer, we meet earlier to beat the heat.

Individual Coaching

We offer individualized coaching especially for your fitness level and goals. It includes a 16-20 week plan, 2 one-on-one sessions with your coach plus special store discounts for your shoes and gear. Contact us for more information.
